Shipping

• All Sofas sold on deluxsofas.com are charge at £50 per item for delivery due to the weight and size of sofas.
• Shipping will take 2-3 day to arrive to you.
• All sofas are shipped via a pallet courier
• All sofas delivered by the courier will only be left outside and will not assist you in taking the furniture into you home, so please make sure you have plenty on manpower to help you monover your item into your home.
• All sofas that are sent are double checked for any damage and is packaed in a way that all leather in protected.

Before Placing order

• Before you place order please make sure that the sofa you intend to purchase is the right size for you home enviroment, for example can you get it into your house via front/back door, will it go through your hallway etc.. (If it is not correct then nothing can be done later once sofa is recieved by customer) So alway make sure first.
• If you are unsure how soft the sofa is or any other questions then please contact our sales department and we answer your questions.

Guarantee

• All leather sofas come with 1 year repair guarantee from bad or faulty workmanship of structure. This does not include ware and tare, or physical abuse such as scratches, cuts, rips etc..
• We Always say look after your sofa and it will look after you, use leather cleaners and maintenance kit this is automatically expand the life of your leather sofa.

Payments

We cureently accept the following payment types:

• Cash (If collecting from warehouse)
• Debit Card - Solo - Visa Electron - Maestro
• Credit Cards - Visa - MasterCard (If use credit card you have to pay additional 1.8% Surcharge)

Please note if pay by credit card online the final total will not include the 1.8% Surcharge which will be added on after manually. So on your credit card statement it will show the amount in your shopping cart + 1.8% Surcharge.
